Dana Parisi is a Certified Parent and Family Coach and Educational Trainer, as well as a Brainspotting Practitioner, with a focus on trauma-informed approaches and healing. She is the mom to four children, two biological and two adopted, ranging in age from 11 to 20 years old. Dana is passionate about helping families thrive by working with families of kids who have persistent challenging behaviors as a result of early life trauma, neuro-diversity or mental health struggles. Her mission is to help families move from survive to Thrive. Through her business Lives Touched, she works with parents locally, as well as globally through one-on-one coaching, resources such as books, webinars and presentations and a certification program to train new parent and family coaches. She has two parenting books published, Parenting Marathon: The 10-Step Guide to Navigate Parenting Challenges was released in September 2023 and became an Amazon International Best Seller. And The Great Wait: 10 Action Steps While You Wait For You Adoption released in 2025.
