Erin Tee, M.Ed., is a neurodiversity-affirming educator, learning support specialist, and coach who helps families raise confident kids without power struggles or shame.
As both an educator and a neurodivergent parent, Erin understands how overwhelming early childhood can feel — especially when big feelings, sensory overload, and constant correction begin shaping a child’s identity. She helps parents see behavior through a nervous system lens so they can respond with calm, clarity, and connection.
With a Master’s in Cognitive Diversity in Education, Erin blends research with lived experience to create practical, brain-friendly support that works in real homes — not just in theory. Through 1:1 mentoring, group programs, and accessible learning tools, she helps parents build calmer rhythms, protect their child’s self-worth, and feel more confident in their parenting.
She believes connection comes first — and that when adults feel steady and supported, children do too.
