My name is Patty, and I am a proud Peruvian who relocated to the United States in 2007. As a devoted mother to a spirited 5-year-old daughter, I have been deeply rooted in a passion for supporting children and families.
My professional path began in 2005 in Peru, where I volunteered at an orphanage and worked as a preschool teacher’s assistant. These early experiences ignited my commitment to making a difference in the lives of young learners. Upon moving to the US, I expanded my expertise by studying child development, psychology, and special education.
I am a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), blending developmental principles with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to foster growth and positive outcomes. I hold a Master of Arts in Special Education with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis from Brandman University, and I am a certified preschool teacher from Miami Dade College. My dedication to family support led me to become a parent coach at the Jai Institute of Parenting and a Certified Trauma Professional.
While my passion lies in working with children, I also provide guidance and support to adults with special needs. As a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional (QBMP) at a crisis home, I collaborate with individuals, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement behavioral plans that promote well-being and independence.
Driven by compassion and expertise, I am committed to empowering families and individuals of all ages to thrive.
