Tara Campbell is a certified parent coach, systems strengthening strategist, and mom of two fierce, funny girls. She blends neuroscience, psychology, and lived experience to help parents move from reactive cycles to resilient, connected relationships.
With a Bachelor’s in Family Psychology and a Master’s in Sustainable International Development, Tara brings a unique perspective to parenting: she understands that families are systems. Just like communities and organizations, they thrive when relationships are supported, communication is clear, and values are aligned.
After navigating burnout as a working mom and doing the courageous work of breaking generational patterns in her own parenting, Tara is passionate about creating judgment-free spaces where imperfect parents can grow. She translates complex research — including interpersonal neurobiology and Polyvagal Theory — into practical tools parents can use in real-life moments of conflict, dysregulation, and overwhelm.
Through her coaching programs and workshops, Tara helps parents build calm, confident leadership in the home so they can raise resilient kids without losing themselves in the process.
Her work centers on one belief: connection — not perfection — is the foundation of meaningful parenting.
